What type of spray/paint I can use to give it a chrome effect ?
Well, there are differences....
Seams that the new version has the eyes too big, and he looks more worried than mad. It also opens the mouth, don't know if the McFarlane version does it.....

Mcfarlane's version doesn't move is mouth.

I saw a 12" all metal version of the endoskeleton in Forbidden Planet the other day... I think that one was $200.00. Not nearly as well done as the 18" version that they have for $600.00. All that said, I'll stick with my McF version... Though I still wish they had made an 18" version on the endo...

I like it, and I'll try to buy at least 2-3.
They will have to be spruced up paint-wise, though.
There are some complains already in the WB....still I might have to get it...

From the hype around this figure, I was really expecting something, well, different.

Man.... I'm glad I got a McF one... that thing looks like an endoskeleton from a worried gorilla... in the pic at least.
